Aaron Bradford

Chief Technology Officer

Aaron brings extensive experience in technology leadership within financial services and retirement plan administration. Prior to joining Grow Capital, he served as Chief Technology Officer at IPX Retirement, where he played a key role in advancing scalable recordkeeping solutions and modernizing platform capabilities. He also held the position of Senior Vice President of Technology at Vertical Management Systems (VMS), where he led large-scale system development and infrastructure initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Aaron held senior technology roles with organizations including Prudential Financial, Union Bank, and CNA Insurance, where he focused on building high-performing engineering teams and delivering enterprise-level software solutions.

At Grow Capital, Aaron is focused on building next-generation platforms that simplify complex systems and create more efficient, user-friendly experiences for employers, advisors, and participants. His leadership is instrumental in driving innovation across Grow Capital’s Titan proprietary recordkeeping platform and other emerging solutions within the Grow ecosystem.

Aaron holds a Master of Arts in Philosophy from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from California State University, Fullerton.
