With 20+ years of experience in recordkeeping and third-party administration, she specializes in scalable, technology-driven solutions for 403(b), 457, and 401(k) plans across public sector and nonprofit organizations, with deep expertise in complex plan conversions and platform modernization. She has led large-scale operations supporting over $1B in assets and is focused on building efficient processes, high-performing teams, and technology-enabled solutions that enhance both client and participant experiences.
Courtney is a graduate of Colorado State University and a longtime Colorado resident.
