Jacqueline Danforth has supported Grow Capital Inc. for approximately ten years in a senior financial and advisory capacity. In her current engagement as fractional CFO for Grow Capital, Jacqueline serves as the principal financial and accounting advisor, overseeing day-to-day accounting, quarterly and annual financial reporting, audit coordination, and continuous disclosure in close collaboration with management and the Board of Directors.
Jacqueline brings more than thirty years of experience advising both private and publicly traded companies across sectors including fintech, biotechnology, manufacturing, services, education, and natural resources. She has held senior leadership roles including President, Vice President, Compliance Officer, Corporate Secretary, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Financial Officer, and has guided organizations from inception through public listings on recognized exchanges in the United States and Canada, including mergers and acquisitions, with deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
Canadian-born and educated, Jacqueline resides in Alberta, Canada.
