Jonathan Bonnette

Chief Technology Officer & Director

Jonathan Bonnette is a technology and business leader with a strong background in building and scaling financial services platforms. He is currently Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Bombshell Technologies [link to: https://bombshelltechnologies.com/], where he leads the development of innovative systems that support Grow Capital’s technology infrastructure.

Jonathan plays a key role in the development of Titan–Grow Capital’s proprietary recordkeeping platform–helping architect the platform and drive the technology behind Grow Capital’s recordkeeping, administration, and integrated financial solutions. His work focuses on building reliable, scalable systems designed to simplify complex processes for employers, advisors, and participants.

Prior to his current roles, Jonathan founded United First Financial LLC, where he served as President from 2006 to 2014. He later led information technology initiatives at Legacy Solutions Group, continuing to build expertise in financial technology and system development.

Jonathan has been involved with Grow Capital since 2018 as a Director and continues to contribute to the company’s growth through both strategic leadership and hands-on technology development.
